The Finish will have to be non-glare and not shiny. All translations from English to Braille is done as specified in the Grade 1 Braille language

Importance of Braille & Tactile signs in the facilities

The main rule to follow for every message is that a very high contrast is needed between the sign message and its background. The contrast is judged by a comparison of dark and light, not by the color itself.
Another rule is to use “non-glare” surfaces. Metallic, for example, don’t work well for visual sign messages, although it’s fine to use them for frames, headers and footers, and other decorative parts of the sign. Today’s rules allow raised characters to be “invisible”—to have no contrast at all with their backgrounds, as long as the same message is repeated in highly visible text elsewhere on the sign or on a completely separate sign.
Font rules are different for the raised and visual characters. Raised characters need to be quite small, all uppercase, and use sans serif fonts with slender strokes. They are more readable by touch if they have a beveled or rounded edge.
The Braille has rules for size, spacing, and must be in a sort of shorthand form called “contracted” Braille. Visual characters need to be larger, bolder, are more readable when they are upper and lower case, and can use non-decorative serifs.
